A. Your success is our success, and our commission structure reflects this. Pick the plan that suits your own business model. Our plans range from a 60/40% split up to 100%.

Q. What expenses will I be responsible for? Board dues, MLS fees, monthly fees, lock box and signage, etc.?
A. Agents are responsible for professional fees such as license fees, board dues and MLS fees. Company fees are nominal and vary with your chosen commission plan.
